Unpaid traffic tickets, court fines, and related bench warrants do not expire simply because time has passed. If you have an outstanding balance with the 46th District Court, you should resolve it as soon as possible.

The 46th District Court uses Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP, a collection law firm, to assist with the collection of eligible unpaid court obligations. Some outstanding balances may be referred to the firm for collection.
