All City of Southfield offices and facilities will remain closed to the public until at least Monday, February 1, 2021 or further notice in accordance with the most recent state of Michigan public health order. All essential public safety and public works services and departments continue to function as normal. Residents can still conduct most city business online and through City Hall’s main drop box 24/7 as well as via phone during the City Hall regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.

The city-owned vacant parcels currently available for sale are listed below. The Southfield City Council must approve all sales of real property, including the sale price. The prices listed should not be considered the final price, but they are the prices that will be recommended for to City Council. The prices listed is based on the new owner erecting a new residence on the lot. Offers to purchase a vacant lot for other purposes such as enlarging a neighboring lot will be considered, but the price will be considerably higher.
