Touch-a-Truck Sunday, April 21
Looking for a unique family outing? Come join us at the Southfield Touch-a-Truck event! 🚜 Explore an impressive lineup of city vehicles, from big rigs to police cruisers, and even snowplows. It's a hands-on experience where kids (and kids at heart) can climb aboard, chat with friendly operators, and discover how these vehicles keep our city running smoothly. Plus, enjoy special demonstrations by the Southfield Police Department, including fascinating drone and K9 division demonstrations.

For those who prefer a quieter experience, join us during Sensory Sensitive Hour from 1-2 pm. Complete with no flashing lights, no loud noise, and quiet zones away from the action.

And when hunger strikes, treat yourself to snacks from local vendors like The Mean Weenie and Egg Roll Diva. 🍔🥟 Don't forget your camera – it's bound to be a day full of smiles and family fun!"

This free, outdoor event will take place from 1-4 pm and is presented by the Southfield Parks & Recreation Department, Southfield Police Department, Southfield Fire Department and Southfield Department of Public Works. Call (248) 796-4620 for more information.
