A grand opening celebration for the new Mobil Gas Station and Tier 1 Market located at 28681 Northwestern Highway will take place on Friday, August 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in partnership with Southfield’s Business & Economic Development Department.

The grand opening event will feature a variety of customer perks, including a discount of 50 cents per gallon on fuel. Attendees can also enjoy free products, special pricing on new inventory, and other surprises throughout the celebration. The event will mark the debut of a new public art mural, offering a vibrant backdrop ideal for photos.

The redevelopment replaced a former multi-tenant retail shopping center with a modern, high-quality facility featuring premium building materials, extensive landscaping, and a decorative public art mural that adds character and interest to the site.

The new Tier 1 Market offers a wide selection of snacks, beverages, and everyday essentials, complementing the Mobil station’s convenient fueling options. Together, they bring an updated look, improved amenities, and renewed energy to Northwestern Highway.
