Meeting Location:   Conference Room A located off the Southfield Pavilion at 26000 Evergreen Road. Park in the south lot near the pavilion or in the north lot near the parks and recreation building.

The City of Southfield recommends masks, self-screening, and social distancing for entry to all buildings.

    a.       Approve minutes from 11-15-22 meeting

    a.       Review of election results relating to advisory ballot question

4.       New Business

    a.       Update re: incorrect information in local papers about deer population

    b.       Update re: SEMCOG survey and action items, if any, at regional level

    c.       Discussion and potential vote on recommendations for the Commission to present to City Council regarding deer management

    d.       Set timeline, workload, and format for compiling and presenting recommendations and supporting materials to City Council

    e.       Set meeting dates and time for calendar year 2023

    f.        Open floor for commissioners to bring other matters forward for discussion
