All City of Southfield offices and facilities (excluding the 46th District Court) will remain closed to the public until at least Monday, May 3, 2021 or further notice. All essential public safety and public works services and departments continue to function as normal. Residents can still conduct most city business online and through City Hall’s main drop box 24/7 as well as via phone during the City Hall regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.

The Taste of Southfield (TOS) is one of the city's premier annual events. Presented by the Southfield Area Chamber of Commerce, this year's Restaurant Week 2020 highlights the unique pallet profile and food diversity within the city. Support local restaurants and connect with community during Restaurant Week 2020, a Taste of Southfield event.
The virtual Edible Creations Competition will include cooking and chefs will compete to create the "Ultimate Burger" with a secret ingredient for a chance to win the prestigious Edible Creations trophy. Hosted by Great Lakes Culinary Center.
