Southfield Parks & Recreation to host Recreation on the Move Tuesdays, Thursdays throughout the summer

The Southfield Parks & Recreation department will host Recreation on the Move Tuesday mornings and Tuesday evenings beginning June 18 through August 20 as well as Thursday evenings beginning June 20 through August 22 at neighborhood parks throughout Southfield. Four additional Friday evening events will take place beginning June 21 through July 12 from 7-9 p.m. in conjunction with the Summer in the City concert series. All events are free and there is no need to register.

Recreation on the Move will bring activities, games, crafts and fun to neighborhood parks. Activities will be geared for ages five to thirteen; however, all are welcome to join. Supervision will be provided for all activities and participants can come and go as they please.
