Southfield Parks & Recreation to host Come Out and Play Wednesday, June 19

The Southfield Parks & Recreation Department, in partnership with Oakland County Parks, will host Come Out and Play on Wednesday, June 19 from 3-7 p.m. on the front lawn of the Southfield Municipal Campus, 26000 Evergreen Road.

This free event will celebrate the beginning of summer with water inflatables, retro games, inflatables, a climbing tower and zip line. Zip line riders must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian and be at least 45 pounds and 42 inches tall. Zip line riders must also wear closed-toe shoes. Socks are required to play on inflatables and a swimsuit or change of clothes is recommended for those wishing to use the water inflatables. Come Out and Play will also feature popcorn treats, while supplies last.

Come Out and Play is a free event sponsored by the Southfield Parks & Recreation Department and the Oakland County Parks Department.
