  4. Sale of Properties to Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County (HFHOC):
  • 19837 Melrose - Currently owned by Southfield Growth Corporation (SGC).  Future sale to HFHOC for $1 per the NSP agreement- Appraised for $30,000.00.  SGC has contract with HFHOC to build NSP 3 home.
  • 21126 Stahelin – This property is currently owned by the SNRI (Southfield Neighborhood Initiative).  SGC needs to acquire from SNRI.  The purchase price is $20,000.   SGC then needs to sell the property to HFHOC for $1 to build an NSP 3 home.  SGC has a contract with HFHOC to build an NSP 3 home. Note:  The SNRI has $80,866.72 currently booked as expenses for this property.  The appraised value is $30,000.  The sale price approved by SNRI is $20,000 (Loss to SNRI of $60,866.72)
  • Greenview (no assigned addressed) - This property is currently owned by the SNRI (Southfield Neighborhood Initiative).  SGC needs to acquire from SNRI.  The purchase price is $20,000.   SGC then needs to sell the property to HFHOC for $1 to build an NSP 3 home.  SGC has a contract with HFHOC to build an NSP 3 home. Note:  The SNRI has $11,068.23 currently booked as expenses for this property.  The appraised value is $30,000.  The sale price approved by SNRI is $20,000 (Gain to SNRI of $ 9,031.77).
