1. PZR19-0001 is the Rezoning Request of Ms. Cheryl Johnson, Forgotten Harvest, on behalf of the owner, Baseline Capital Properties, to rezone 9.817 acres of land from B-3 General Business and ERO Education Research-Office to P Vehicular Parking and I-L Light Industrial while maintaining a portion of the B-3 zone, Sidwell Parcels 2436-377-016, -017, -018, -022 & -027, E 1/2 Of Lot 14, All Of Lot 15, Lot 16 and Lot 17 of Northland Park No. 2,, on the north side of W Eight Mile Road between Northland Drive and Rutland, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.

2. PSLU19-0002 is a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to amend Title V, Zoning and Planning, Chapter 45, Zoning, of the Code of the City of Southfield by amending Article 4 General Requirements to add a new Section 5.22-3-1 RUDD Residential Unit Development Districts, and amend Article 5 Single Family Residential Section 5.62-A to add Small Event Venues as a Special Land Use, and other amendments as needed.

These text amendments specifically address adding a new Overlay District for residential development of various school district properties in the city including amending the Zoning Map to identify Residential Unit Development eligible Districts areas, and allowing for the use of residential structures and properties as small event venues subject to specific conditions, and other revisions as may become necessary for the City of Southfield.

1. PSP19-0002 is the Site Plan Review Request of Mr. Nick Freund, Freund & Associates, on behalf of the owner, Truck-Lite Co., LLC, for the construction of a 40,000 gsf Headquarters and Tech Center on property located at 21700 Civic Center Drive, Sidwell Parcel #2422-201-022, on the northeast corner of Civic Center Drive and the Northwestern Highway Service Drive, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.
