  1. Parks & Recreation Grant Application The City of Southfield Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing on a proposed park project. The City of Southfield intends to apply for a grant through the Michigan Department of Natural Resources Trust Fund Grant for the development of public park space to be located on the northwest corner of Evergreen Road and Civic Centre Drive, Sidwell Parcels 2422-277-003, -004, & -005, within the Southfield City Centre area.
     
  2. PSLU17-0001 is a Special Use request of Super Car Wash Systems for demolition of existing structures related to the Northwestern Boat Company and the expansion of the existing car wash use to include vacuums on properties located at 19708 and 19740 West Ten Mile Road, Sidwell Parcels 2423-354-020 & -021 and 2423-354-031, Lots 89 To 99 Incl, Also 1/2 Of Vac Alley Adj To Same 8-12-05 FR -022, -023 & -029, Lots 100 To 103 Incl Also 1/2 Of Vac Alley Adj To Same, and Lots 104 To 108 Incl Also 1/2 Of Vac Alley Adj To Same of Evershire Sub, on the north side of W Ten Mile Road between Evergreen Road and Red River, Section 23, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.

PSLU17-0003 is a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to Amend Title V, Zoning and Planning, Chapter 45, Zoning, of the Code of the City of Southfield by amending various Articles of the Zoning Ordinance to include Green Infrastructure and revise Landscape Standards, Conditions and General Requirements.

    These text amendments specifically address regulations for Green Infrastructure, Storm Water Management and landscaping in the City of Southfield.
