1. Public Comment – A person addressing the Commission shall be limited to a period of three (3) minutes unless such period of time is extended by the presiding officer or by majority vote of the Commission.

2. PZR19-0004 is a Rezoning Request of Andrew Moiseev, MGA Architects, to rezone 1.8 acres of land from P Vehicular Parking to ERO Education Research-Office, property located at 24700 Northwestern Hwy, Sidwell Parcel 2426-101-007, on the north side of Northwestern Hwy Service Drive between Evergreen Road and Red River, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.

3. PSP19-0004 is the Site Plan Review Request of Andrew Moiseev, MGA Architects, to construct a 9,989gsf equipment storage building in the parking lot east of the existing building, property located at 24700 Northwestern Hwy, Sidwell Parcel 2426-101-007, on the north side of Northwestern Hwy Service Drive between Evergreen Road and Red River, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.

4. PSLU19-0003 is a Special Use Request of Integrity Building Group to allow for the construction of a 1,761gsf addition to the existing Mar Thoma Church and expand the existing parking lots, properties located at 24480 and 24518 Lahser Road, Sidwell Parcel 2427-101-011 & -012, on the east side of Lahser Road between W Ten Mile Road and McClung, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.

5. PSLU19-0005 is a Special Use Request of Michael Eisemann, 21348 Telegraph LLC, to use an existing building for general or professional office use not related to an industrial or manufacturing operation, property located at 21348 Telegraph Road, Sidwell Parcel 2433-301-069, Part Of Lots 9 & 10 Supervisor's Plat No 11, on the east side of Telegraph Road between W Eight Mile Road and Norcrest, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.

PSLU19-0006 is a Special Use Request of Abraham Hardan to allow for the use of residential structures for non-residential purposes, properties located at 16905 and 16915 W Twelve Mile Road, Sidwell Parcel 2413-131-004 & -005, Lots 64 & 65, Also E 10 Ft Of Lot 66 & 10 Ft Adj Vac Alley, and W 10 Ft Of Lot 66 & All Of Lots 67 & 68 & 10 Ft Adj Vac Alley, Bonnie Acres Subn No. 1, on the south side of W Twelve Mile Road between Glasgow and Stuart, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.

8. PZTA19-0001 is a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to amend Title V, Zoning and Planning, Chapter 45, Zoning, of the Code of the City of Southfield to regulate Sexually Oriented Businesses. 

This text amendment specifically addresses definitions, prohibited conduct, prohibitions related to children and alcohol, licensing requirements, locations, hours of operation, area requirements, and any other requirements deemed necessary for the City of Southfield.
