  1. PSLU24-0007 (SPECIAL USE) is a Special Use request of Superior Fence, to operate a contractor’s office with ancillary showroom and storage at 26650 W 8 Mile Road, Southfield, Michigan (Parcel 24-31-377-045).

E.    30835 Greenfield Road (Redevelopment of an existing gas station and adjacent commercial building into a new, larger gas station)

  1. PSLU24-0008 (SPECIAL USE) is a Special Use request of MAB Real Estate, Inc., to construct and operate a gas station with beer/wine/liquor sales and a carry-out restaurant at 30835 Greenfield Road, Southfield, Michigan (Parcel 24-12-230-027).
  2. PSP24-0004 (SITE PLAN REVIEW) is a Site Plan Review request of MAB Real Estate, Inc., to construct and operate a gas station with beer/wine/liquor sales and a carry-out restaurant at 30835 Greenfield Road, Southfield, Michigan (Parcel 24-12-230-027).

F.    South side of Hooper Blvd, west of Berg Rd. (Develop 11 vacant parcels for a multiple family residential use)

  1. PZRRUDD24-0001 (RESIDENTIAL UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT REZONING) is a Residential Unit Development District rezoning request of Wellspring LDHA LLC, to construct two four-story apartment buildings (60 apartments total) and four two-story attached townhome buildings (12 townhomes total) on the south side of Hooper Blvd, west of Berg Road, Southfield, Michigan (Parcels 24-20-277-001, -002, -003, -004, -005, -006, -007, -008, -012, -026 & -027).

G.    29777 Telegraph Road (Development of commercial out lots along Telegraph Road at an existing office building site)

  1. PZRODD24-0001 (OVERLAY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT REZONING) is an Overlay Development District rezoning request of Onyx Southfield LLC, to develop commercial out lots in the parking in front of the existing office building at 29777 Telegraph Road, Southfield, Michigan (Parcel 24-08-402-009).

K.    Public Comment – A person addressing the Commission shall be limited to a period of three (3) minutes unless such period of time is extended by the presiding officer or by majority vote of the Commission. 

The following Rules of Procedure have been established for all speakers:  

  • No speaker may make personal or impertinent attacks upon any officer, employee, or Planning Commission member, that is unrelated to the manner in which the officer,    employee, or Planning Commission member, performs his or her duties.
  • No person shall use abusive or threatening language toward any individual when addressing the Planning Commission.

Any person who violates this section shall be directed by the presiding officer to be orderly and silent.  If a person addressing the Planning Commission refuses to become silent when so directed, such person may be deemed by the presiding officer to have committed a “breach of the peace” by disrupting and impeding the orderly conduct of the public meeting of the Planning Commission and may be ordered by the presiding officer to leave the meeting.  If the person refuses to leave as directed, the presiding officer may take whatever actions are necessary to remove the person from the meeting. Call in number for Communication will be provided the night of the meeting.
