Northwestern Highway Bike Pathway ribbon cutting set for July 26

The city of Southfield and the Southfield City Centre will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of the new Northwestern Highway Bike Pathway on Wednesday, July 26 at 10 a.m. The ceremony will also include a dedication of the City’s new Zagster bike sharing program. The event will take place on the pathway located near Northwestern Service Drive and Town Square Drive (north of Civic Center Drive and just south of Corporate Drive).

 

The ribbon cutting will feature remarks from several city officials including Mayor Kenson Siver, City Administrator Fred Zorn and City Planner Terry Croad. The event is open to the public.
