Michigan RX prescription drug cards available at Southfield Human Services

Michigan RX Cards are now available at the Southfield Human Services Department, 26000 Evergreen Road. The free pharmacy coupon cards can save Michigan residents up to 75% on prescription drugs.

Michigan RX Card is a free statewide prescription assistance program that is accepted at over 68,000 pharmacies nationwide. There are no restrictions or eligibility requirements; all Michigan residents can use the card regardless of age, income or pre-existing conditions. The Michigan RX Card program is HIPPA compliant. No patient information is collected or shared.

Residents can download a free Michigan RX Card by visiting www.michiganrxcard.com. Cards are also available for pick-up at the Southfield Human Services Department, located on the first floor of City Hall, Monday-Friday, 8-5 p.m.
