Southfield Mayor Dr. Ken Siver delivered a re-cap 2023 State of the City address on March 30 in Council Chambers following his address at the Southfield Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting on March 27. The Community State of the City address provided residents an opportunity to hear the Mayor’s remarks followed by an open Q&A session.
The 2023 State of the City address theme, Patience & Persistence, focused on economic development, housing, the Northland redevelopment, community placemaking, and public art. The Address also included Mayor Siver’s overview of the past year as well as his vision for the coming year and beyond.
