The City of Southfield offices and library will be closed on Monday, February 21, 2022 in observation of Presidents' Day. City offices will reopen for business at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, February 22, 2022.

* PLEASE NOTE: there will be no delay in garbage or recycling pickup.

FUN FACT: The origin of Presidents' Day lies in the 1880s, when the birthday of Washington — the first president of the United States and commander of the Continental Army during the American Revolution — was first celebrated as a federal holiday.
