City of Southfield Offices and Library will be closed on Monday, January 1 & Tuesday, January 2 in observation of the New Year's holiday. City offices will re-open for business on Wednesday, January 3 at 8 a.m. Please Note: there will be no garbage or recycling pickup on New Year's Day and rubbish collection will be delayed one day thereafter.
