The requested Industrial Development District is for 20777 East, 20901 East & 20941 East Street, Southfield, MI 48033 located at Eight Mile and East Street and situated on real property in the City of Southfield, Oakland County, Michigan.

B. Application for Exemption of New Personal Property filed by NV Labs, Inc dba Reforma Group under Public Act 328 of 1998, as amended, for tax abatement for new personal property to be located within the existing building within the proposed Industrial Development District.

C.
