Due to the large amount of brush and branches from recent storms, the City of Southfield will continue to collect debris citywide until the regular Yard Waste Collection Program begins on April 3.

Branches and brush must be placed at the curb with the cut ends towards the street no longer than 6 feet and 8 inches in diameter. Please be patient and leave the brush at the curb as chipping crews continue to work throughout the city. Please note: no yard waste bags or cans, roots or stumps will be collected until the regular program begins on residents’ regular pickup day beginning the week of April 3, 2023.
