AGENDA

 

1.                  GP:1231 Special Use request of Eric Rauch, Desine Inc., on behalf of the owner Sundance Inc., to permit a non-industrial use or use not specifically related to manufacturing in the I-1, Industrial zoning district. This request is made to facilitate the proposed construction of a new 1,987 gross square foot Taco Bell restaurant located at 24024 W. Nine Mile Road, the South 187.07 feet of the East 150 feet of Lot 53 of Churches Acres Subdivision, Sidwell Parcel 2429-476-026, on the northwest corner of W. Nine Mile Road and Telegraph Road in Section 29 of the City.

 

2.                  GP:1232 Special Use request of Hiresh Upadhyay, Cadila Pharmacy, on behalf of the owner Dr. Kamal Gupta, to permit a pharmacy and prescription center when located in, or near, medical offices, medical clinics, hospitals, convalescent or nursing homes or similar facilities in the OS, Office-Service zoning district. This request is made to facilitate the operation of a 1,283 gross square foot pharmacy within the existing medical office building at 23832 Southfield Road, located on Lots 18, 19 and 20 except the East 25 feet of each lot, also except the South 19.5 feet of the North 260 feet of Lot 18 of Supervisors Replat of Southfield Highlands Subdivision, Sidwell Parcel 2425-301-029, on the southeast corner of Southfield Road and Mt. Vernon in Section 25 of the City.

 

3.                  GP:1233 Special Use request of Emanuel Steward, on behalf of the owner TEG Associates, LLC, to permit a non-industrial use or use not specifically related to manufacturing in the I-1, Industrial zoning district. This request is made to facilitate the establishment of a 7,956 gross square foot Kronk Gym in the existing building located at 23080 Telegraph Road, on the South one half of Lot 40, all of Lot 41 and the North 26 feet of Lot 42 of Supervisors Plat Nine Mile-Telegraph Subdivision, Sidwell Parcel 2428-351-036, on the east side of Telegraph Road just north of W. Nine Mile Road in Section 28 of the City.
