CHANGES TO FORM L-4175 PERSONAL PROPERTY STATEMENT
Beginning in 2003, several areas of the Personal Property Statement contains significant changes from prior years statements.
1. Starting in 2003, you were required to indicate on page 2 of the form whether you had “move-ins” of used personal property during the previous year. If you check YES, you must file form 3966. The instructions for this form explains the term “move-ins”. This remains the case for the 2005 filing.
2. Starting in 2003, you are required to indicate in Section M, page 4 whether you are the owner of the leasehold improvements reported in Section M.
