1.  GP:1214/SP:1274     Special Use and Site Plan Review Request of Harley Ellis Devereaux, on behalf of the owner, City of Southfield, to construct a 10,635 gross square foot Nature Interpretive Center at the Carpenter Lake Nature Preserve.  The property is located at 27225 W. Ten Mile Road on the south side of W. Ten Mile just east of Inkster Road, Sidwell Parcel #2430-101-013, Section 30, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.

2.         GP:1215/SP:1275     Special Use and Site Plan Review Request of the Yeshiva Beth Yehudah School to demolish the existing residential house and other site amenities and convert the property to a playground for K-8 and preschool children of the Yeshiva Beth Yehudah School.  The property is located at 16301 Lincoln Drive on the south side of Lincoln between Greenfield Road and Southfield Road, Sidwell Parcel #2424-403-011, Section 24, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.
