Southfield Parks & Rec presents Tennis Free for All May 1


The Southfield Parks and Recreation Department will offer a Tennis Free for All clinic on Saturday, May 1 from 10-11:30 a.m. at the Southfield Civic Center tennis courts, 26000 Evergreen Road. 

 

Join the Southfield Parks & Recreation Department’s tennis instructors, Robert Hall, Jr. and Phillip Woods for a free 90-minute tennis clinic at the Civic Center Park tennis courts. This clinic is designed for the inexperienced or beginning tennis player, but all levels of play are welcome. Instruction will include basic strokes, forehand, backhand, serve and volley.

 

The Southfield Parks & Recreation Department offers beginner, intermediate and advanced tennis lessons for ages 5 and up. Lessons are offered throughout the spring and summer. Visit www.cityofsouthfield.com or pick up an activity guide at the Parks & Recreation Information Desk to learn more.
