1.         ZR:1305     Rezoning request of Triumph Church to rezone from B-3, General Business, and RMM, Multiple Family Residential - Medium Rise, to O-S, Office- Service, the east one-half of Lot 14, and all of Lots 15, 16 and 17 of Northland Park No. 2 Subdivision (Sidwell Parcels 2436-377-016, -017, -018, -022 and        -027), vacant property located on the north side of Eight Mile Road between Rutland and Northland Drive in Section 36 of the city

2.         GP:1212/SP:1271    Special Use and Site Plan review request of Triumph Church to construct a 64,082 gross square foot, multi-story church with a main sanctuary, general assembly areas, offices, a daycare center and other accessory uses on the east one-half of Lot 14, and all of Lots 15, 16 and 17 of Northland Park No. 2 Subdivision (Sidwell Parcels 2436-377-016, -017, -018, -022 and -027), vacant property located on the north side of Eight Mile Road between Rutland and Northland Drive in Section 36 of the city.  The Special Use request is to permit a building in excess of two stories or 25 feet, but not in excess of three stories or 35 feet, in the O-S, Office-Service Zoning District.
