Rezoning request of Triumph Church to rezone from B-3, General Business, and RMM, Multiple Family Residential - Medium Rise, to O-S, Office- Service, the east one-half of Lot 14, and all of Lots 15, 16 and 17 of Northland Park No. 2 Subdivision (Sidwell Parcels 2436-377-016, -017, -018, -022 and -027), vacant property located on the north side of Eight Mile Road between Rutland and Northland Drive in Section 36 of the city.

Special Use and Site Plan review request of Triumph Church to construct a 64,082 gross square foot, multi-story church with a main sanctuary, general assembly areas, offices, a daycare center and other accessory uses on the east one-half of Lot 14, and all of Lots 15, 16 and 17 of Northland Park No. 2 Subdivision (Sidwell Parcels 2436-377-016, -017, -018, -022 and -027), vacant property located on the north side of Eight Mile Road between Rutland and Northland Drive in Section 36 of the city. The Special Use request is to permit a building in excess of two stories or 25 feet, but not in excess of three stories or 35 feet, in the O-S, Office-Service Zoning District.
