ZR:1305 is a rezoning request of Triumph Church to rezone from B-3, General Business, and RMM, Multiple Family Residential – Medium Rise, to OS, Office Service, Lot 15, the east one-half of Lot 14 and all of Lots 16 and 17 of Northland Park No. 2 Subdivision (Sidwell Parcels 2436-377-016, 2436-377-017, 2436-377-018, 2436-377-022 and 2436-377-027) vacant property located on the north side of Eight Mile Road between Rutland and Northland Drive in Section 36 of the city.
2. GP:1212/SP:1271 is a special use and site plan review request of Triumph Church to construct a 64,082 gross square foot, multi-story church with a main sanctuary, general assembly areas, offices, a daycare center and other accessory uses on Lots 15, 16,17 and the east one-half of Lot 14 of Northland Park No. 2 (Sidwell Parcels 2436-377-016, 2436-377- 017, 2436-377-018, 2436-377-022 and 2436-377-027) vacant property located on the north side of Eight Mile Road, between Rutland and Northland Drive in Section 36 of the city.
