1. GP:1209/SP:1270 is a Special Use and Site Plan Review Request of Little Caesars Amateur Sports Foundation to construct a 62,185 gross square foot addition to the existing Southfield ice arena along with a 263 space parking lot. The property is located at 26000 Evergreen Road on the east side of Evergreen Road between Civic Center Drive and the I-696 Service Drive, Sidwell Parcel #2423-151-003, Section 23, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.
2. GP:1210-P is a proposed Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment to amend Title V, Zoning and Planning, of Chapter 45, Zoning, of the Code of the City of Southfield, Article 5, Section 5.62(3). This amendment specifically concerns limiting the number of boats or domestic trailers permitted in Single Family Residential Districts.
3. ZR:1304 is a Rezoning request of the owner, Ari-El Enterprises, Inc., to rezone .49 acres of R-2, Single Family Residential property to P, Vehicular Parking. The property is located at 29333 Northwestern Highway on the south side of Northwestern Highway between Franklin Road and Inkster, Lots 16 & 17 of Supervisor’s Plat No. 2, and Lots 18 & 19 of Supervisor’s Plat No. 25 of Buckland Estates, Sidwell Parcel #2407- 351-108, Section 07, City of Southfield, Oakland County, State of Michigan.
