The city of Southfield and the American Red Cross will sponsor a Community Blood Drive on Tuesday, August 25 from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. in the Southfield Pavilion, 26000 Evergreen Road at 10½ Mile Road.
The need for blood donations continues to be greater than ever. Everyone who is able to donate blood is strongly encouraged to do so. In order to donate blood, donors must be at least 17-years-old, weigh at least 110 pounds, and be in good general health. There is no upper age limit.
