The city of Southfield, in partnership with the Western Wayne Oakland County Association of REALTORS® (WWOCAR) and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), will host a foreclosure workshop on Thursday, July 23 from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. at the Embassy Suites Hotel located at 28100 Franklin Road in Southfield.
The workshop will provide at-risk homeowners with information, tools and resources to either get out of foreclosure or avoid the process altogether. The workshop will also feature question and answer sessions with representatives from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) who will share information regrading available programs throughout the state that offer homeowner counseling and assistance.
