Action Requested: Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the M-102 Eight Mile Road Deck Replacement Project Agreement (Job No. 0918MDOT) for the City share of $187,200
CA-C Authorization to Terminate an Agreement with S.L.C. Meter Service, Inc. and Authorize the Purchase of Water Meters and Related Items from Rio Supply
Action Requested: Authorize the termination of the agreement with S.L.C. Meter Service, Inc. and authorize the purchase of water meters and parts for the period May 12, 2009 through October 31, 2010 from Rio Supply Michigan Meter, Inc. of Madison Heights, Michigan for an amount not expected to exceed $690,625.00
