Action Requested: Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign a contract for weed mowing services to R&J Maintenance of Waterford, Michigan, for their lowest acceptable bid of $.0016 and Louie’s Landscaping, Brownstown, Michigan, for the bid price of $.00173 per square foot with two one-year renewal options at the initial rates, and a price increase from Louie’s Landscaping prices in the third year of the contract to $.00174 per square foot respectively
