The city of Southfield sold the 13-unit Franklin Orchard Condominiums complex located at 28129 Franklin Road between I-696 and Beck Road for $756,700.
The City had to purchase the condominium complex to facilitate the I-696/Franklin Road ramp interchange project. The 1.8 acre site features 13 town homes, new car ports (two per unit), extensive new landscaping and parking lot, convenient highway access and close proximity to area retail and medical centers.
