- ZR:1301 is a rezoning request of Central Business Park II, L.L.C., to rezone from R-2, Single Family Residential to I-L, Light Industrial, the easterly 200’ of lot 23 and all of lot 24, W.J. Vaughn’s Small Farms Addition subdivision (21275 and 21329 Lasher Road). The property is located on the west side of Lahser Road between Eight and Nine Mile Roads, Sidwell Parcels 2433-476-018 and -019, Section 33, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan.
