1. SP:1257 Site Plan review request of Campbell Estates, L.L.C., to construct a 3,078 gross square foot addition to the existing 6,283 gross square foot building with associated parking. The property is located at 24810 Evergreen Road, on the east side of Evergreen Road between Ten Mile Road and the Northwestern Highway Service Drive, Sidwell Parcel 2426-101-001, Section 26, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan.
2. ZR:1299/SP:1258 Rezoning request of A.F.J. Development, LLC, on behalf of the owner, the Archdiocese of Detroit, to rezone property from R-2, Single Family Residential to B-3, General Business, and Site Plan review request to demolish the existing St. Bede Church and construct a mixed use retail and medical office development containing 42,084 gross square feet of retail space including a Rite Aid Pharmacy, a 4,800 gross square foot daycare center, a two-story, 25,272 gross square foot medical office and an outlot for additional development, all with associated parking.
