City of Southfield offices and Library closed on Monday, January 21
City of Southfield offices and the Library will be closed on Monday, January 21, 2008 in observation of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. City office will re-open for business at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, January 22.
Residents are also reminded of the 23rd Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Peace Walk in Southfield sponored by the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Taskforce on Monday, January 21 beginning at Hope United Methodist Church at 9:30 a.m. The Walk will depart from Hope United at 10 a.m., followed by an 11 a.m. program at the Southfield Pavilion.
