GP:1200/SP:1253 Postponed Special Use and Site Plan review request of property owner Eli Mayerfeld, Executive Director of Yeshiva Beth Yehudah School, to construct a 22,100 gross square foot, two story addition with special education rooms, administrative offices, adult religious studies and a board room to the existing Yeshiva Beth Yehudah School for a total of 52,100 gross square feet. The property is located at 15751 Lincoln Road on the south side of Lincoln between I-696 and Greenfield Road, Sidwell Parcel 2424-427-022, Section 24, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan.
2. ZR:1297 Rezoning request with Conditional Rezoning Agreement of Windmill Office Center LLC, to rezone from RT, Attached Single Family, to O-S, Office-Service, Lots 187 and 191 of Supervisor’s Washington Village No. 5 (Sidwell Parcels 2426-151-006 and -007), property located on the east side of Evergreen Road between Northwestern Highway and Noel Drive in Section 26, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan.
3. SP:1250 Site Plan review request of Windmill Office Center LLC, to construct three (3) one story, mixed-use, general and medical office buildings for a total of 72,234 gross square feet.
