ZR:1297 is a rezoning request with Conditional Rezoning Agreement of Windmill Office Center LLC, to rezone from RT, Attached Single Family to OS, Office-Service, Lots 187 and 191 of Supervisor’s Washington Village No. 5 (Sidwell Parcels 2426-151-006 and -007) property located on the east side of Evergreen Road between Northwestern Highway and Noel Drive in Section 26 of the city.
2. SP:1250 Site Plan review request of Windmill Office Center LLC, to construct three (3) one-story, mixed-use, general and medical office buildings for a total of 72,234 gross square feet. The property is located on the east side of Evergreen Road between Northwestern Highway and Noel Drive, Sidwell Parcel 2426-151-006 & -007, Section 26, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan.
