GP:1200/SP:1253 Special Use and Site Plan review request of property owner Eli Mayerfeld, Executive Director of Yeshiva Beth Yehudah School, to construct a 22,100 gross square foot, two story addition with special education rooms, administrative offices, adult religious studies and a board room to the existing Yeshiva Beth Yehudah School for a total of 52,100 gross square feet. The property is located at 15751 Lincoln Road on the south side of Lincoln between I-696 and Greenfield Road, Sidwell Parcel 2424-427-022, Section 24, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan.
2. V:397 Request from Franklin Center Associates, LLC to vacate the southern 40 feet of Relocated Franklin Road, a 100 foot wide public right-of-way abutting Sidwell Parcel 2407-477-013, and the eastern 15 feet of Franklin Road, a 66 foot wide public right-of-way abutting Sidwell Parcel 2407-477-013, located on the east side of Franklin Road between Northwestern Highway and Farmbrook in Section 7, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan.
3. SP:1254 Site Plan review request of the owner, Franklin Center Associates, LLC, to construct a one story, 12,000 gross square foot general office building with associated parking.
