V:397 Request from Franklin Center Associates, LLC to vacate the southern 40 feet of Relocated Franklin Road, a 100 foot wide public right-of-way abutting Sidwell Parcel 2407-477-013, and the eastern 15 feet of Franklin Road, a 66 foot wide public right-of-way abutting Sidwell Parcel 2407-477-013, located on the east side of Franklin Road between Northwestern Highway and Farmbrook in Section 7, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan.
3. SP:1254 Site Plan review request of the owner, Franklin Center Associates, LLC, to construct a one story, 12,000 gross square foot general office building with associated parking. The property is located at 29100 Northwestern Highway the northeast corner of Northwestern Highway and Franklin Road, Sidwell Parcel 2407-477-005 and -013, Section 7, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan.
