Action Requested: Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a contract, effective October 01, 2007 through September 30, 2008, for communication equipment maintenance and repair services with Motorola, Inc. of Schaumburg, Illinois, in the annual amount of $43,510.56
CA-B Receipt of Proposals for Tables, Chairs and Booth Rental Services
Action Requested: Accept the proposal for table, chair, and booth rental services from Utica Rental of Utica, Michigan for the period of September 25, 2007 through September 24, 2008
CA-C Agreement with Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) for Municipal/Community Credit Service and Funding Contract Period: July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008
Action Requested: Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign the Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) Municipal and Community Credit Contract in the amount of $73,582 in Municipal Credits and $102,932 in Community Credits for fiscal year 2007-2008
CA-D Approval to Consolidate Purchases of Library Circulating Materials
Action Requested: Authorize the Southfield Public Library to purchase circulating audio books and DVDs for adults, teens and children from Library Video Company of Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, in an amount not to exceed $20,000 annually; Midwest Tape of Ann Arbor, Michigan, in an amount not to exceed $50,000 annually; and Recorded Books of Prince Frederick, Maryland, in an amount not to exceed $30,000 annually for a one and three quarter year period beginning October 1, 2007 through June 30, 2009

The property is located on the north side of Northwestern Highway just east of Franklin Road, Sidwell Parcel 2418-226-013, Section 18, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan.
