1. GP:1198/SP:1247 Postponed Special Use and Site Plan review requests of Dorchen/Martin Associates to demolish the existing Boston Market restaurant located at 28670 Northwestern Highway and construct a 4,222 gross square foot McDonald’s restaurant with drive-thru. The property is located on the north side of Northwestern Highway just east of Franklin Road, Sidwell Parcel 2418-226-013, Section 18, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan. The Special Use request is to allow a freestanding restaurant in the B-3, General Business zoning district.
2. ZR:1297 Postponed rezoning request of Dorchen/Martin Associates, architect representing property owner Windmill Office Center, LLC, to rezone from RT, Attached Single Family to O-S, Office-Service, Lots 187 and 191 of Supervisor’s Washington Village No. 5 (Sidwell Parcels 2426-151-006 and -007), vacant property located on the east side of Evergreen Road between Northwestern Highway and Noel Drive in Section 26 of the city.
3. SP:1250 Postponed Site Plan review request of Dorchen/Martin Associates, architect representing property owner Windmill Office Center, LLC, to construct three (3) one story general and medical office mixed use buildings containing a total of 72,234 gross square feet on vacant property located on the east side of Evergreen Road between Northwestern Highway and Noel Drive, Sidwell Parcels 2426-151-006 and -007, in Section 26, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan.
4. SP:1251 Site Plan review request of Kevin Hart Associates, on behalf of the owner, Bedford Villa LLC, to construct a 33,946 gross square feet addition to the existing 16,018 gross square foot Bedford Villa facility for a total of 49,964 gross square foot senior assisted living facility. The property is located at 16240 W. Twelve Mile Road on the north side of W. Twelve Mile Road between Pierce Street and Greenfield Road, Sidwell Parcel 2412-451-020, Section 12, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan.
5. GP:1201-P An ordinance to amend Chapter 45, Zoning, of Title V, Zoning and Planning, of the Code of the City of Southfield, by adding a new Section 5.222, entitled Conditional Rezoning, to Article 4, General Provisions.
