The property is located on the north side of Northwestern Highway just east of Franklin Road, Sidwell Parcel 2418-226-013, Section 18, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan. The Special Use request is to allow a freestanding restaurant in the B-3, General Business zoning district.
