to construct a 140 feet tall communications stealth flag pole (w/o flag) with
room for two additional collocations. The property is located at 23233 Lahser Road
on the west side of Lahser Road between Nine and Ten Mile Roads, Sidwell Parcels
2428-477-011, -016 and -024, Section 28, City of Southfield, County of Oakland,
State of Michigan. The Special Use
request is to allow a communications monopole in the B-3, General Business zoning
district
2. GP:1198/SP:1247 Special Use and Site Plan review requests of
Dorchen/Martin Associates to demolish the existing Boston Market restaurant
located at 28670 Northwestern
Highway and construct a 4,222 gross square foot
McDonald’s restaurant with drive-thru.
The property is located on the north side of Northwestern Highway just east of Franklin Road,
Sidwell Parcel 2418-226-013, Section 18, City of Southfield,
County of Oakland,
State of Michigan.
The Special Use request is to allow a freestanding restaurant in the B-3,
General Business zoning district.
3. SP:1249 Site Plan review request of CMP Real Estate
Group LLC, representing property owner Cornerstone Park LLC, to construct a
13,077 gross square foot mixed use development containing a bank, a retail
center, and a restaurant on vacant property located on the west side of
Greenfield Road between Providence Drive and Nine Mile Road, Sidwell Parcel
2425-476-276, Section 25, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of
Michigan.

request of Dorchen/Martin Associates, architect representing property owner
Windmill Office Center, LLC, to rezone from RT, Attached Single Family, to O-S, Office-Service,
Lots 187 and 191 of Supervisor’s Washington Village No. 5 (Sidwell Parcels
2426-151-006 and -007), vacant property located on the east side of Evergreen
Road between Northwestern Highway and Noel Drive in Section 26, City of
Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan.
5. SP:1250 Site Plan review request of Dorchen/Martin
Associates, architect representing property owner Windmill Office Center, LLC,
to construct three (3) one story general and medical office mixed use buildings
containing a total of 72,234 gross square feet on vacant property located on
the east side of Evergreen Road between Northwestern Highway and Noel Drive,
Sidwell Parcels 2426-151-006 and -007, in Section 26, City of Southfield,
County of Oakland, State of Michigan.
6. GP:1199 Special Use request of Xtreemz LLC, to
renovate the existing Jeepers Entertainment Center in the Northland Mall into a
35,000 gross square foot Xtreemz Family Entertainment Center with bowling,
billiards, arcade, laser tag, cyber sport and a sports bar. The property is located on the west side of
Greenfield Road between J.L. Hudson Drive and Northland Drive, Sidwell Parcel
2436-476-037, Section 36, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of
Michigan. The Special Use request is to
allow bowling, billiards, an arcade, laser tag and cyber sport in the RS,
Regional Shopping district.
