This appeal is to Section 8.58, Paragraph 3, Article 11, Chapter 99 of the Southfield City Code, more commonly known as the Sign Ordinance.
07-32 - The appellant, Vipin Patel, owner, is requesting the following waivers from the Board:
A waiver of the required parking
The property is located on the north side of W. Ten Mile Road between Lahser Rd. and Dunbar Street, at 22110 W. Ten Mile Road, Sidwell Parcel #2421-478-023, zoned (B-2) General Business.
This appeal is to Section 5.30, Article 4, Chapter 45 of the Southfield City Code, more commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance.
