GP:1196/SP:1245 Postponed Special Use and Site Plan review request of Metro PCS, Michigan to construct a 140’ high communications stealth flag pole (w/o flag) with room for 2 additional collocations. The property is located at 23233 Lahser Road on the west side of Lahser Road between Nine and Ten Mile Roads, Sidwell Parcel 2428-477-024, Section 28, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan. The Special Use request is to allow a communications monopole within a zoning district other than the single family residential or television-radio-office-studio districts.
