The property is located at 23233 Lahser Road on the west side of Lahser Road between Nine and Ten Mile Roads, Sidwell Parcel 2428-477-011, Section 28, City of Southfield, County of Oakland, State of Michigan. The Special Use request is to allow a communications monopole in the B-3, General Business zoning district.
