Action Requested: Authorize the City’s Pro Rata Need share of the 2007 Targeted Homeless Funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to be conveyed to the Oakland County Taskforce on Homelessness and Affordable Housing
CA-B Authorization to Purchase Mowers for Parks and Recreation Golf Operations
Action Requested: Approve the purchase of mowers from W.F. Miller of Novi, Michigan, in the amount of $44,219.02 less the trade in value of $5,000.00 for a net amount of $39,219.02

CA-D Authorization to Terminate Award and Re-Authorize a Contract for Collection Services for the Fire Department
Action Requested: Approve the termination of the contract with Diversified Adjustment Services for collection services; authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a contract with Ann Arbor Credit Bureau to provide collection services in connection with emergency medical transportation
CA-E Authorization to Purchase Mosquito Control Products
Action Requested: Authorize the purchase of mosquito control products for the 2007 season from Clarke Mosquito Control of Davison, Michigan in an amount not to exceed $17,000
CA-F Agreement with NeTech Corporation and Suntel Services for providing Voice and Data Communications Technology Infrastructure Maintenance Services
Action Requested: Authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a contract with NeTech Corporation of Novi, Michigan for Cisco Smartnet Maintenance in the amount of $112,539 for the one-year period, July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008; authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a contract with Suntel Services of Troy, Michigan, in the amount of $86,000 for the one-year period, July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008
