Metropolitan Singers of Southfield season finale concert June 3
(SOUTHFIELD, Mich.) – The Metropolitan Singers of Southfield will perform their season finale Concert, “Curtain Going Up” on Sunday, June 3 at 3:30 p.m. in Room 115 of the Southfield Parks & Recreation Building Located at 26000 Evergreen Road.
The Metropolitan Singers, under the direction of LaVerne Lieberknecht along with accompanist LiLa Hindmarsh, is comprised of men and women of all ages. The group performs a variety of music in four- part harmony, traditional and contemporary, including medleys and Broadway musicals. “Curtain Going Up” will feature song selections from favorite Broadway shows, including Annie Get Your Gun and South Pacific.
