1. Additional temporary signage
2. Banner display for a period longer than 14 days.
The property is located on the north side of Eleven Mile Road between American Drive and Inkster Road at 26601 West Carnegie Park Drive, Sidwell Parcel #2418-400-029 zoned (RC).
This appeal is to Section 8.51, Article 4, and Section 8.52, Article 5, Chapter 99 of the Southfield City Code, more commonly known as the Sign Ordinance.
07-19 - The appellant, Anthony DiBartolomeo, representing the owner, E & D Development Co., is requesting the following waivers from the Board:
1. Additional temporary ground sign.
2. Additional temporary sign area.
The property is located south of Mount Vernon between Greenfield and Southfield Roads at 15700 Providence Drive, Sidwell Parcel #2425-401-013 zoned (RMU) Multiple Family High Rise.
This appeal is to Section 8.54, Paragraph 1, Article 7, Chapter 99 of the Southfield City Code, more commonly known as the Sign Ordinance.
07-20 - The appellant, Cornell Sign Co., Inc. representing the owners, Lincoln Corporate C/O Jonna Realty Ventures, Inc., is requesting the following waivers from the Board:
1. Allow a wall sign not facing a major thoroughfare
The property is located on the north side of American Drive between I-696 and Franklin Road at 26200 American Drive, Sidwell Parcel #2418-400-026, zoned (RC) Regional Center.
This appeal is to Section 8.64, Paragraph 1(a), Article 15, Chapter 99 of the Southfield City Code, more commonly known as the Sign Ordinance.
